🤖 ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Payments with at least 5 years of experience in corporate and retail payments to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be working on some of the most challenging and impactful projects across our banking and financial services clients, bridging the gap between Business and IT while keeping an eye on emerging AI and digital trends.

📊 YOU WILL:

- Requirement & Strategy Management: Build roadmaps, set KPIs, budget, and collect/document business requirements and functional specifications.

- Process & Systems Modeling: Perform data analysis and design systems diagrams, process flows, and workflows using Design Thinking tools.

- Bridge IT & Business: Translate business needs into tech requirements, acting as a pragmatic link between IT and business teams while managing priorities.

- Navigate Domain & Compliance: Apply deep domain knowledge of bank processes (KYC, Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions) and current regulatory/risk contexts (PSD2/3, GDPR, G20, Digital Euro).

- Agile Execution: Drive project delivery utilizing Agile methodologies and ceremonies.

🫵 YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in corporate/retail payments.

- Payments Expertise: In-depth knowledge of domestic and international payments, payment rails, SWIFT standards/products, and file formats (ISO XML / ISO 20022).

- Technical & Analytical Suite: Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and JIRA (or similar Agile tools).

- Mindset & Approach: Rigorous, detail-oriented, collaborative, data-driven, and highly empathetic to users' needs and stakeholder expectations. Affinity with project management.

- Regulatory Acumen: Solid understanding of PSD2/3, GDPR, G20, Digital Euro, and financial risk/compliance frameworks.

🤹 NICE TO HAVE

- Experience with or a good understanding of Blockchain and AI technologies and their application in Financial Services.

🗣️ Language Skills

- Fluency in English and French/Dutch
