Our team in France consists of 45 people (including 14 Technical Account Managers based either in France or Poland) and is an integral part of our company’s global presence. We combine local expertise with our broader company vision. 

As a Technical Account Management Team Leader you will lead and coordinate a team responsible for technical support, oversee the launch and optimisation of RTB advertising campaigns and ensure effective collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders. You will report directly to the Country Manager based in France and the Head of Global Technical Support Solutions based in Headquarters, Warsaw. 

You Will:

• Support, coordinate and supervise the work of the team members responsible for the technical support of the company's business teams;

• Launching and optimising advertising campaigns with Real-Time Bidding technology;

• Collaborate with local sales managers and account managers, as well as technical teams and departments across the company;

• Develop tools and procedures in order to improve the work of both your own and other technical teams.

Desired Experience:  

• At least 7 years of professional experience, including 5 years in digital marketing (preferably within retargeting) in technical roles and minimum 2 years in a leadership role managing senior team members; 

• Good knowledge of online campaign management;

• Knowledge of Firebug tools, Chrome DevTools and debugging tracking scripts;

• Knowledge of HTML / JavaScript, Google Analytics;

• Fluency in English language 

• Fluency in French is mandatory for external candidates
