What we expect from you

- Month-End Closing: Manage the full month-end closing process, process regular journal entries, and perform monthly reconciliations.

- Tax Compliance: Handle the preparation and processing of regular VAT statements; have a clear understanding of how daily bookings impact Income Tax positions.

- Process Improvement: Drive continuous process improvements and efficiency initiatives across the RTR function.

- Managerial Support: Carry out ad-hoc tasks and financial requests from the line manager.

What we look for

● Graduate of Business Administration, Accounting or Finance

● Accounting knowledge

● At least 2-3 years of proven accounting experience in accounting

● Fluent Czech, and high-level English language skills (speaking and writing)

● Proficient user of Google Sheets or MS Excel

● Strong communication, interpersonal, and organization skills required
