What the employer wrote

Our client is an enterprise AI platform that helps critical organizations accelerate AI adoption. It combines a multi-model AI platform, local deployment teams, and expert advisors to operationalize AI across customer, employee, and back-office workflows — including support, sales, HR, legal, finance, procurement, and IT. The platform is built on a layered architecture covering infrastructure, business context, orchestration, and management, with a focus on security, compliance, scalability, and full customization. The company operates across 30+ global markets and is backed by top-tier venture firms.   About the Role Maybe you are already building with Agentic AI and are frustrated by how rarely it reaches production. Or maybe you have started experimenting and know you want to work on these systems properly, not just around the edges. In this role, you will not spend your time building demos that go nowhere. You will help deploy Agentic systems into production at major enterprises, on timelines measured in weeks and months, not years.   What You Will Do This is a hands-on role for high-caliber software engineers who enjoy hard technical problems, real ownership, and work that has visible impact. Every client environment is different. The expectation is the same: get it working in production. You will work directly with customers to understand operational challenges and success criteria, translate open-ended problems into clear technical designs and implementations, own delivery of the platform and guide clients on best practice, build AI agents that integrate with customer systems, data sources, and APIs, conduct ad hoc workshops with client teams, write production-quality code to support integrations, logic, and workflows, own deployments — including reliability, performance, and continuous improvement — test with real data, measure outcomes, and iterate quickly, collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to improve the platform, and contribute to tools, documentation, and delivery practices that help the team scale.   Why Join You'll be part of a fast-growing startup working on cutting-edge agentic solutions — the hottest topic in enterprise right now. You'll join a team of high-agency builders coming from top tech companies. It's a global company with a local team, and you'll be part of the founding team. The role offers a mix of home office and local client travel, along with a great salary and early-stage stock options.   Who You Are Several years of professional software engineering experience, with a solid technical background as a backend engineer, full-stack engineer, or a profile close to solutions architect Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems, and leading architecture decisions Ability to approach software engineering as a generalist — a problem-solver who can tackle new challenges and isn't tied to a single technology Experience integrating platforms into customer environments using APIs, cloud infrastructure, MCP, and production data flows Comfortable working directly with customers and owning ambiguous problems; prior client-facing experience is a plus, though not required Clear communication skills and a strong ownership mindset Familiarity with AI / LLMs and a genuine interest in building AI-powered systems that work in practice   Nice to Have Experience in forward deployed, solutions engineering, or customer-facing roles Exposure to AI agents, automation, or conversational systems Experience being part of a fast-growing startup and enjoying that pace Familiarity with cloud environments Experience with TypeScript, Go, or Python
