Role Overview

At Rehire, we are supporting a company specialized in strategic and integrated marketing management in the search for a Marketing Manager to lead multiple B2B and B2C client accounts and projects.

We are looking for a professional with 3–5 years of experience who can combine strategic thinking, hands-on execution, leadership, and strong project management skills. This role requires a high level of autonomy: the selected candidate will be expected to understand each client's business, translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans, and coordinate internal specialists and external partners to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage multiple marketing accounts and projects simultaneously, maintaining full ownership of priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

· Serve as the main strategic and operational point of contact for assigned clients.

· Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, market, competitors, products, audiences, and commercial objectives.

· Translate business needs into marketing strategies, briefs, roadmaps, tasks, owners, timelines, and measurable deliverables.

· Develop integrated marketing plans combining digital and traditional channels.

· Identify growth opportunities and proactively recommend initiatives rather than waiting for client direction.

· Coordinate designers, analysts, community managers, digital specialists, and external vendors.

· Lead project execution by establishing priorities, responsibilities, deadlines, and quality standards.

· Manage approximately 3–4 client accounts simultaneously while maintaining visibility over progress, risks, and pending actions.

· Supervise marketing campaigns and, when necessary, work directly with relevant platforms and tools.

· Analyze campaign performance and translate metrics into strategic recommendations.

· Coordinate traditional marketing initiatives, including events, trade shows, PR, BTL activations, and external suppliers.

· Prepare executive reports and presentations for clients.

· Manage expectations, changing priorities, urgent requests, and challenging client situations with confidence and sound judgment.

· Ensure high-quality standards and attention to detail across all client deliverables.

Qualifications:

· 3–5 years of professional experience in Marketing, Account Management, Project Management, or similar roles.

· Proven experience managing multiple clients, accounts, or marketing projects simultaneously.

· Experience working with B2B and/or B2C clients.

· Demonstrated ability to lead teams and coordinate multidisciplinary specialists.

· Strong understanding of marketing strategy, branding, paid media, content marketing, and traditional marketing channels.

· Hands-on knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and the ability to interpret marketing metrics and dashboards.

· Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

· Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar tools.

· Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, automation, and WordPress.

· Experience with project management tools such as Monday, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar.

· Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.

· Advanced English, with the ability to confidently participate in meetings, communicate with international clients, and manage accounts operating in the U.S. market.

· Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

· Strong autonomy and ability to manage competing priorities without constant supervision.

· Availability to travel to the United States.

· Valid U.S. visa is mandatory.

About the Position:

· Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM (CDMX time zone).

· Work Arrangement: Hybrid / primarily remote. Approximately 2–3 times per month for meetings, client events, or business needs.

· Competitive Salary

· Work Environment: Dynamic and collaborative.

· Professional Growth: Opportunities for career advancement.
