We are currently looking for an Intune Specialist to join our Infrastructure & Operations team.

Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain the enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) environment using Microsoft Intune

• Administer and support mobile devices and Windows endpoints across a large-scale enterprise environment

• Develop, maintain and continuously improve endpoint and mobile device management solutions

• Manage device enrollment, configuration, compliance policies and security settings in Microsoft Intune

• Support and manage device provisioning and deployment processes using Microsoft Autopilot

• Provide 3rd-level technical support (L3) for internal users and customer environments

• Investigate and resolve complex endpoint, mobile device and Intune-related technical issues

• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, endpoint and other IT teams to ensure stable and efficient operations

• Maintain technical documentation and follow established IT processes, security standards and documentation requirements

• Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of the endpoint management environment

• Work effectively within a complex enterprise environment with approximately 40,000 managed devices

Requirements: • Proven professional experience with Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Management and/or MDM

• Hands-on experience managing enterprise mobile devices and Windows endpoints

• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Autopilot

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Experience providing L3 technical support in an enterprise environment

• Good understanding of endpoint configuration, device compliance and security policies

• Experience working with Windows 10/11 environments

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Customer-oriented and solution-focused mindset

• Ability to work effectively in a large-scale, complex enterprise environment with structured processes and multiple stakeholders

• Willingness and ability to work effectively in a process-driven corporate environment

Nice to Have: • Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD

• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration

• Knowledge of endpoint security and device compliance concepts

• Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint

• PowerShell scripting experience

• Experience with Conditional Access and Microsoft security solutions

• Experience working in ITIL-based service management environments

• Previous experience supporting environments with thousands of managed devices

• Experience working in a highly regulated or process-driven enterprise environment
