Let’s start with the role:

We are currently seeking motivated Back-Office Agents to join our team in Athens. Your mission will be to assist our customers in their journey through our platform ensuring a seamless, efficient, and positive experience at every touchpoint.

 

As a Back-Office Agent you will:

• Manage incoming customer requests via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and high-quality service.

• Provide accurate information and effective solutions regarding products purchased through the company’s online platform.

• Accurately register and update customer information in the CRM system.

• Monitor the progress of customer requests and liaise with Pricefox partners to ensure their optimal and timely resolution.

• Review, process, forward, and archive electronic documents in accordance with internal procedures and each partner’s Sales Policy.

• Collaborate closely with the Sales Department, providing administrative and operational support.

 

Requirements:

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree

• Fluency in Greek

• You’re tech-savvy and comfortable using computers

• Strong communication skills

• Team player mentality
