Role Summary

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina

Full-Time

Latin America is one of Payoneer's highest-priority growth regions. We are looking for an exceptional Principal Product Manager to own Payoneer's product strategy for LATAM, the bridge between central Product and the regional go-to-market engine.

Reporting to the Product leadership for the region, you will be the voice of the LATAM customer inside Product and the single product point-of-contact for the LATAM GTM team. You will translate regional strategy into concrete roadmaps and partner deeply with central Product, Engineering, Banking & Treasury, Compliance, Operations, and GTM to grow Payoneer across the region.

This role is ideal for a senior, hands-on product manager with deep cross-border payments expertise who combines market intuition, data fluency, execution excellence, and the ability to drive outcomes through influence across a complex matrix organization.

What  you'll  do

• Own LATAM product strategy end-to-end and the regional roadmap, prioritizing across a portfolio of initiatives to deliver the greatest impact for the region.

• Translate ambiguous regional customer, regulatory, and GTM needs into clear requirements, milestones, and measurable outcomes.

• Run discovery directly with customers, through interviews and pilots, and convert it into product requirements and pilot decisions.

• Partner hands-on with central Product, Engineering, Banking & Treasury, Compliance, and Operations to make practical build, integrate, and partner calls for regional rails (PIX, SPEI/TEF, virtual accounts, FX, reconciliation).

• Be the single product point-of-contact for LATAM GTM: source pilot customers, coordinate comms, and unblock enablement.

• Use funnel, activation, and revenue data to build the argument for prioritization and defend LATAM priorities inside the central product org.

Who you are

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, the majority in fintech / cross-border payments.

• Deep understanding of money movement: collections, payouts, virtual accounts, FX, reconciliation, and the bank/partner integrations behind them.

• Strong command of LATAM market dynamics: local rails (PIX, SPEI/TEF, boletos), capital controls, and tax/regulatory context (e.g. IOF/IRRF, KYC/AML doc bars), and how they shape product.

• Proven ability to drive outcomes through influence across a matrix (product, banking, compliance, ops, GTM) rather than direct authority.

• Data-driven: comfortable pulling and reasoning over funnel / activation / revenue data to build the case for prioritization (SQL / BI fluency a strong plus).

• A senior individual contributor who can lead complex product domains from discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration.

• A systems thinker who connects technology, product, regulation, user experience, and business outcomes.

• Able to influence senior stakeholders and technical teams in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

• Execution-oriented and structured, comfortable moving between strategy, detailed requirements, prioritization, delivery, and GTM.

• Strong executive communication, turning regional complexity into decision-ready narratives.

Advantagious if you have:

• AI product experience

• Working Spanish and/or Portuguese.

• Standing up bank-partner or treasury integrations.

• Compliance / KYC onboarding-funnel experience.

• Stablecoins / digital-asset payment products.
