About Payoneer

Founded in 2005, Payoneer is the global financial platform that removes friction from doing business across borders, with a mission to connect the world’s underserved businesses to a rising global economy. We’re a community with over 2,500 colleagues all over the world, working to serve customers, and partners in over 190 countries and territories.

By taking the complexity out of the financial workflows–including everything from global payments and compliance to multi-currency and workforce management, to providing working capital and business intelligence–we give businesses the tools they need to work efficiently worldwide and grow with confidence.

Glilot Hybrid Full-time

Serving users in over 190 countries, we keep them at the heart of what we build in a highly regulated industry. It means taking complex fintech processes and making them simple and transparent, connecting people to real value with minimal effort on their side. KYC, identity and verification sit at the center of that - it’s the first thing we ask of a new customer and the last thing they want to spend time on. We’re looking for a strong product leader to take this product into the agentic era.

What you'll do:

• Own the full product area end-to-end.

• Lead the product into its next generation. Take on a product built around agentic flows that make decisions at scale, keeping us at the forefront of the technology while staying laser-focused on business outcomes and our users.

• Own the quality bar for AI in production. Evaluation sets, scoring, confidence and escalation thresholds, human-in-the-loop design, and the guardrails that make an automated decision defensible.

• Act as our customers’ partner on the inside - spend real time with customers, especially the ones we made it hard for, and advocate for their needs in every prioritization decision.

• Build and grow the team. Hire, coach, and set the bar for a team of product managers. Make them the visible owners of their areas and create the space for yourself to think two quarters ahead.

• Partner closely with stakeholders across Compliance, Risk, Operations, GTM, and Engineering - become fluent enough in their world to collaborate effectively, and drive initiatives responsibly.

Who you are:

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years managing product managers, with a track record of owning business outcomes in a regulated fintech domain - payments, lending, risk, fraud, or compliance.

• Hands-on experience building AI-powered product capabilities - this is a MUST. Just using AI tools to move faster in your own workflow doesn’t meet the bar.

• Deep understanding of agentic flows and what it takes to run them in production: orchestration, tool use, context design, evaluation and scoring, confidence thresholds, and the failure modes that only appear at scale.

• Data mastery across both halves. Fluent in analytics and quantitative reasoning - funnels, cohorts, experiments, statistical judgment - and equally committed to going and getting the qualitative evidence.

• Bias for action. You’d rather ship a decision and learn from it than run one more round of analysis, and you know which decisions are reversible and move accordingly.

• Attention to detail - include the name of your favorite TV show in your resume.

• Customer-centric. You think in terms of business impact through solving real customers’ problems.

• Incredible communicator who brings structure to discussions full of competing priorities, tailors context for different audiences from engineers to the executive table, and whom stakeholders trust to make the right call.

• Technically fluent. You understand how systems work well enough to have substantive conversations with engineers and make trade-offs.
