Key Responsabilities: • Build and own PayJoy’s global sales force operating model, the processes, and measurement standards that enable sales teams to perform better across every market.
• Define and roll out a global standard for measuring sales force efficiency, so every market is compared on the same basis (e.g. cost per sale, cost per marginal sale, a low-performer metric, forecasting accuracy, and growth relative to market penetration).
• Work hand in hand with the Tools & Metrics team to implement analytics, automation, and tooling once and roll them out proactively across markets, including compensation platforms such as Everstage and patterns already built for promoter operations.
• Design and scale enablement programs for the sales force, such as the current SDR initiative, and identify the next set of high-impact programs to build globally.
• Support the management layer, target attainment tracking and commission management (managing against targets, not setting them), so leaders can clearly see who is performing and who is not.
• Partner with Country Managers to turn the identification of a problem into executed initiatives, translating analysis into concrete actions on the ground.
• Set the direction for the sales operating model roadmap and prioritize the highest-impact initiatives across markets.
Qualifications: • 5+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or commercial analytics, ideally in fintech, consumer lending, or another high-volume sales environment.
• Strong analytical background: comfortable defining metrics from scratch, working with performance and forecasting data, and turning it into a standard others adopt.
• Comfortable with sales tooling in general, CRM, compensation or commission platforms, and BI or dashboarding tools; no need to know our specific stack, just the ability to pick it up quickly.
• A track record of improving sales force efficiency or productivity through process and tooling, not just reporting on it.
• Confident, credible stakeholder management: able to lead and drive conversations with Country Managers and senior commercial leaders, hold a point of view, and push direction even when it is not immediately agreed with.
• Desirable: experience operating across multiple countries or markets, and Spanish or Portuguese fluency
Benefits: • 100% Company-funded Health and dental and vision discount plan for employees and immediate family members.
• Life insurance.
• Phone finance, Headphone, home office equipment and wellness perks.
• 30 days of Christmas bonus.
• 20 days paid Vacation.
• 50% Vacation premium.
• 13% Saving funds.
• $2,000 MXN monthly grocery coupons.
• $2,000 USD annual Co-working Travel perk.
• $2,000 USD annual Professional Development perk.
