Build the software behind next-generation cellular networks. We’re looking for a driven PHY SW Engineer to join our R&D team and help develop advanced, carrier-grade 4G cellular communication solutions that push performance, reliability, and AI driven development forward.

What you will do: • Design and build high-performance digital processing software for the baseband modem.

• Optimize, debug, and root-cause complex real-time issues in carrier-grade systems.

• Integrate, test, and bring up software modules all the way into the product.

• Help shape software architecture for advanced cellular PHY solutions.

• Apply agentic software development and LLM-based workflows

What you should have: • 2+ years of hands-on software development experience with a strong focus on C++ and object-oriented design.

• Excellent C++ skills and solid Python experience.

• Hands-on experience with agentic software development and LLM-based workflows, with a basic understanding of AI internals and RAG.

• Confidence working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices.

Nice to have: • Arm architecture experience.

• AVX, Neon, or SIMD programming background.

• Kubernetes experience.

• MATLAB experience.

• Knowledge of 4G/5G 3GPP standards or similar technologies.

• Background in digital signal processing or wireless PHY layer technologies.

Education: BSc in Electronics, Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Signal Processing, or another relevant engineering discipline.
