ABOUT THE ROLE
We're seeking detail-oriented Associate Theft Investigators to analyze video footage from self-service stores and identify potential theft incidents. This role combines analytical skills with attention to detail to support our mission of reducing retail losses.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct thorough analysis of surveillance footage to identify and document theft incidents
- Classify and interpret events in video feeds according to established guidelines
- Process theft reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with team members through internal communication channels
- Provide customer support and manage operational tasks as needed
- Update and maintain theft tracking systems
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain focus while reviewing video content
- Excellent written communication skills

- Windows: - OS: Windows 10 or 11 - Processor: Intel i5 or i7 / AMD Ryzen 5 or 7 / Athlon 200GE or higher - RAM: 8gb or higher - Storage/Memory: 256gb or higher
- Apple Mac - OS: Ventura (version 13 or higher) / Sonoma (version 14 or higher) / Sequoia (version 15 or higher) / Tahoe (version 26 or higher) - Processor: Intel i5 or i7 / Apple M1 chip or higher - RAM: 16gb or higher - Storage: 256gb or higher
- Internet Connection - 50mbps or higher
COMPENSATION
- Performance-based pay: averages $60/week once ramped up (starting around $32/week), with top performers earning up to $80/week.
MUST BE ABLE TO
- Attend the 2-day self-paced training program
- Successfully complete the 2-week nesting period
- Commit to working a minimum of 30 hours/week, ideally 40.
