Field Sales Representative - FMCG (Ninja Mart - B2B)

Responsibilities • Drive sales within assigned territory and customer portfolio.

• Develop and maintain active outlets and identify new business opportunities.

• Execute promotions, trade programmes and other commercial initiatives.

• Follow up and collect outstanding payments from assigned customers/outlets.

• Monitor due and overdue balances and escalate collection issues where required.

• Maintain proper follow-up on customer payment commitments.

• Complete assigned outlet visits and route activities. 

• Manage daily field activities effectively to support sales, collection and customer servicing.

• Comply with working hours, reporting arrangements and field schedules.

• Provide timely updates and reports to the immediate supervisor.

• Support customers and resolve or escalate sales, delivery or payment-related issues.

• Comply with Company policies, SOPs and reasonable management instructions.

Requirements • 2+ years of FMCG sales experience

• The ideal candidate would have experience in some of the following: sales, trade marketing, FMCG
