Your Role:

Your primary mission is to own and evolve our Digital Ecosystem, ensuring our cloud-first infrastructure is as innovative and high-performing as our battery technology. You will ensure that our core platforms (Google Workspace and the Atlassian) function as a seamless, interconnected network that empowers our company. Acting as the vital bridge between business requirements and technical execution, you will master the configuration of existing solutions and be the technical lead for new application/service implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

- SaaS & Cloud Governance: Act as the Platform Owner for Google Workspace and Atlassian, managing configurations, security, and permissions.

- Business Process Evolution: Work with department heads to translate business needs into scalable digital workflows.

- Vendor & Stakeholder Contact: Coordinate with external consultants and developers.

- Documentation & Training: Maintain high-quality documentation of our application landscape and lead training sessions for power users.

Your Profile:

- Education: Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.

- Experience: Min. 3-5 years of experience as a Full-time Cloud/IT Administrator. Proven track record in Application Management, specifically with MDM systems and Cloud/SaaS environments.

- Technical Expertise: Good knowledge of Atlassian and Google Workspace administration.

- Analytical Mindset: You enjoy mapping complex business processes into clean, digital solutions.

- Communication: Fluent in English; German is a plus; Ability to explain technical concepts to non-IT stakeholders.

Optional:

- Experience with AWS.

- Experience with Google Cloud Identity & SSO integrations.

- Certification in ITIL

- SAP Knowledge: Practical experience with SAP (ByDesign or S/4HANA).
