Motion Creative Designer

Location: Remote from Colombia

About the Role

As a Motion Creative Designer , you’ll develop compelling visual and social content that brings brand identities to life, supports client goals, and engages audiences. You’ll join an innovative team delivering outstanding design experiences across digital and AI-driven platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine brand-aligned visual concepts, ensuring cohesion across digital marketing assets, social media, web experiences, and AI-driven interfaces

• Create high-quality motion assets using After Effects and 3D design software

• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Content teams to translate creative briefs into impactful visual assets and user experiences

• Conduct trend research and ideation to incorporate fresh design perspectives and emerging technologies into creative work

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables meet quality, accuracy, brand consistency, and scheduling requirements

• Participate actively in feedback sessions and adapt designs based on input

• Present design rationale clearly and communicate professionally with clients and team members

• Other duties as assigned

About You

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Motion Creative Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand-focused work across multiple media

• Advanced proficiency in After Effects and 3D design software

• Experience creating motion assets for digital marketing, social media, and web experiences

• Familiarity with AI-powered motion tools and basic proficiency in Figma preferred

• Strong conceptualization and ideation skills, with a solid foundation in typography, color theory, layout, and other design principles

• Strong English communication skills at a B2 level or higher

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Curiosity and enthusiasm for design innovation, emerging AI technologies, and continuous learning

• Openness to feedback and commitment to positive, collaborative communication
