Oasis is our newest and fastest-growing business. We're on a mission to make great lighting accessible to every home, and we're building the global operation that will take it there.

The Role

Oasis has proven the product. Now we're building the operation that will take it around the world.

We're looking for an Operations Manager to help build the operational backbone of one of Mixtiles' most ambitious products.

This isn't about maintaining an operation. It's about designing one.

You'll sit at the center of a growing network of manufacturers, logistics partners, and suppliers across the US, Europe, and Asia - making sure we scale quickly without compromising quality, speed, or customer experience.

Some days you'll solve real-time operational challenges. Other days you'll redesign processes, launch new capabilities, or strengthen partnerships that support our next stage of growth.

What You’ll Do

• Own day-to-day operations across production, quality, logistics, and fulfillment

• Own the operational side of our QA processes - working closely with R&D and Quality to turn standards into consistent execution across production partners

• Build trusted partnerships with manufacturers and shipping partners around the world

• Lead strategic operational initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, scalability, and cost

• Design processes and operating models that help Oasis scale globally

• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Quality teams to launch new capabilities

• Use data to identify opportunities, prioritize improvements, and make better decisions

Who You Are

• You've owned complex operations in a fast-moving business where execution matters

• You've worked closely with manufacturers, suppliers, or logistics partners and know how to build strong, accountable relationships

• You know how to turn operational challenges into scalable systems and processes

• You're highly analytical and use data to drive decisions, not just instincts

• You're equally comfortable solving today's problem and designing tomorrow's operation

• You're proactive, resourceful, and biased toward action

• You communicate exceptionally well across functions, cultures, and time zones

• You're comfortable traveling frequently and enjoy being close to where things happen
