About the role:

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to supercharge our performance advertising and lead our performance creative strategy & analytics efforts. In this role, you’ll own creative briefs and how we use creative insights, performance data, and market research to develop, test, and scale high-performing ad campaigns.

You’ll partner closely with our Performance Marketing and Creative teams to identify what’s working, uncover new creative opportunities, and translate performance insights into actionable creative strategy. You’ll also collaborate with top global creators and work cross-functionally across Product, Creative, and Growth to produce impactful video and static ads that drive meaningful business results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create performance ads and help develop creative testing frameworks for paid social platforms, aligning closely with the performance team to deliver on business objectives

- Drive the creative testing roadmap — prioritizing hypotheses, sequencing concepts, and balancing net-new swings with iterations on proven winners

- Own creative performance analysis end to end–build dashboards, diagnose funnel drop-offs, and pinpoint patterns across concepts, hooks, and formats–to systematically improve creative hit rate

- Drive hypothesis-driven creative briefs for creators, agencies, and internal teams, with an understanding on how to develop both new concepts and creative iterations

- Work closely with video editors, designers, and creators to execute and deliver a high-volume of direct-response creative, including reviews of scripts and video edits.

- Collaborate with influencer marketing on creator sourcing and creator criteria, working together on identifying new partners, managing outreach, negotiating contracts, and guiding ad production to meet our high brand standards

- Collaborate with product, design, and other cross functional stakeholders to ensure a full-funnel approach to reaching both new and core audiences

- Support marketing campaigns and product launches from concept to execution

Requirements:

- Minimum 4+ years experience as a performance marketer or growth marketer with strong creative skillset

- Deep understanding of paid social algorithms and full-funnel performance, with the analytical instincts to diagnose what's driving results.

- Direct experience in developing creative hypotheses and writing executional creative briefs.

- Deep understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms, like Meta, TikTok, Youtube, and Linkedin

- Fluent with AI tools and comfortable building lightweight systems including reporting, tagging taxonomies, automated workflows to move faster and scale creative output

- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel

- Strong project management and organizational skills

- Experience working with global creators and influencers

- Self starter with an adaptable mindset and passion for innovation

BENEFITS:

- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans

- 401K with employer match

- Commuter Benefits

- Catered lunch multiple days per week

- Dinner stipend every night if you're working late and want a bite!

- Grubhub subscription

- Health & Wellness Perks

- Multiple team offsites per year with team events every month

- Generous PTO policy
