As a Business Analyst for the Software Integration Services (SIS) team, you will use your strong knowledge of core integration to bridge the gap between business and technical requirements. You will assist the manager with assessing core integration processes, determine requirements, and recommending best practices and solutions based on client business needs. You will interact with clients and trainers to produce precise and clear specifications that can be then handed to SIS engineers for implementation, as well as provide reassurance and quickly resolve inquiries in your area of expertise. You will need to keep up to date with existing and future core integration offerings, helping document processes and procedures, and engage in best practice development initiatives.

Responsibilities

•Effectively facilitate communication between stakeholders (Developers, Trainers, Product, Vendors, Clients, Sales, Services).

•Scope project requirements, document risks as it relates to core integration requests.

•Work with clients, internal teams, and vendors to resolve obstacles to core integration implementations.

•Act as liaison between SIE and SIS for implementation of new core system integrations.

•Maintain SIS documentation.

•Manage core integration tracker files and identify and recommend changes to default mapping.

•Assist in monitoring project progress, follow-up with stakeholders and provide relevant feedback.

•Support the initiative to accelerate project delivery

•Other duties assigned as needed

•Take a lead role on initiatives related to areas of expertise.

Requirements

•Extensive knowledge of banking core system integrations.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•Strong troubleshooting skills.

•High degree of initiative and proven ability to exercise independent judgement.

•Strong customer service skills and abilities.

•Demonstrated ability to effectively develop, maintain and document business processes, workflows, product architecture and product design best practices.

•Demonstrated ability to produce project plans and executive summaries.

•Experience working with developers.

Required

•Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, and/or relevant professional experience.

•At least two years of relevant experience as a technical team leader or analyst for Banking Core Systems implementations.

•Basic competence in at least one programming language

•Knowledge of system implementations and customization

•Familiarity with SQL

Preferred

•Experience with Azure Application Insights (Kusto query language)

•Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting
