About Medialicious

At Medialicious, we're a global growth marketing partner powering the expansion of fast-growing social gaming brands. Headquartered in Gibraltar, our mission is simple: to be the industry leader through deep domain expertise, constant innovation, and strategic scale.

Our Marketing team drives growth through a channel-agnostic approach, empowered by significant budgets and a collaborative, transparent culture. We embrace experimentation, research, and performance analysis to maximize growth and evolve our strategies. With data at our core and curiosity in our DNA, we work together to create meaningful, measurable impact.

The role

The Head of Client is the single point of accountability for a major client's growth at Medialicious — owning the relationship, the commercial outcome, and every brand within the account. You'll direct coordinated specialist capacity across UA, Affiliates, SEO, Media, and Planning toward one clear objective: measurable, sustained growth. This isn't a team-management role; it's a high-trust, high-ownership position for someone who leads through clarity, influence, and commercial instinct.

What you'll do

- Own the full client relationship across every brand in the account — leading the review cadence, managing escalations, and being the person clients trust to hold to account

- Carry the commercial outcome — volume, CPA, ROAS, and contribution — setting targets with senior leadership and reading performance early enough to direct a meaningful response

- Set and sequence priorities across a multi-brand account, ensuring no brand is silently deprioritised when specialist capacity is contested

- Direct cross-functional specialists through outcome-driven briefs, coordinating Channels and Planning without building a parallel team around the account

- Own the commercial conversation with clients on budget, scope, and contract terms — flagging risk to spend or return before it becomes a problem

What we're looking for

- Proven in client-facing performance marketing or account growth, ideally agency-side, and comfortable as the senior voice in the room

- Has owned commercial outcomes directly — budget conversations, scope negotiation, and performance accountability come naturally

- Fluent in acquisition economics: CPA, ROAS, LTV — able to engage channel specialists on the numbers and challenge where needed

- Operates with influence over authority, having coordinated cross-functional specialists without holding the headcount

- Decisive under competing demands, with a clear instinct for sequencing work across complex, multi-brand accounts

- A relationship builder trusted by senior client stakeholders, with a track record of growing and protecting accounts over time

- Comfortable operating with minimal oversight in a coordinated-capacity model rather than a dedicated team structure

Our values

At Medialicious, curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement aren't aspirational — they're how we operate. We work with significant budgets, real accountability, and a transparent culture that rewards people who take initiative, question assumptions, and care about results. If you're excellent at what you do and passionate about it, you'll feel at home here.
