Loora is on a mission to revolutionize education and break down language barriers with its cutting-edge AI, building the first-ever personal AI English tutor. Loora offers its users an AI
tutor that is always available to talk about whatever they want, give immediate feedback on
English skills, and guide them on their journey to fluency.
As we scale Loora’s B2B business, we’re hiring an Account Executive to help build our sales engine from the ground up.
The Role
In this role you’ll own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and discovery through pilots, negotiation, and closing.
You’ll work closely with the B2B GM, Product Marketing, Marketing, and Product teams to define and refine the sales process, refine the ICP and messaging, and turn early customer wins into a repeatable sales motion.
This is not a role where you inherit a pipeline. You’ll help build it.
What You’ll do:
- Own the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Build and manage your own pipeline through outbound, inbound, referrals, and partnerships.
- Identify and engage decision-makers across L&D, HR, Talent, and education.
- Run discovery calls, product demos, pilots, negotiations, and closing.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and translate them into compelling business cases.
- Work closely with Product Marketing to refine ICP, messaging, objections, and sales materials.
- Build and document the sales playbook based on what works.
- Provide continuous feedback on market trends, competitors, pricing, and customer needs.
What we’re Looking For
- 4–8 years of B2B SaaS/ AI sales experience, with a strong track record of closing new business.
- Experience owning a full sales cycle, ideally selling to mid-market or enterprise customers.
- Strong prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Comfortable selling a new product and category without an established brand or playbook.
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to navigate complex buying processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly entrepreneurial, hands-on, and comfortable building from zero.
- Native-level English proficiency- exceptional spoken and written English is essential
Even better if you have-
- Experience selling AI, SaaS, EdTech, or corporate learning solutions.
- Existing relationships with L&D, HR, Talent, or education buyers.
- Experience as an early sales hire or Founding AE at a startup.
