Commercial Lines Account Manager

Leavitt Great West is a local agency in Montana that continues to work on their culture and a meaningful work life balance for their employees. Leavitt Great West is looking to add new talent to their Commercial Lines team. This position may be performed on a hybrid basis; however, applicants must be located within a 150-mile radius of Helena or Bozeman, Montana and able to come into the office when needed.

A Commercial Lines Account Manager collaborates closely with agents and other account managers in providing ongoing support to their commercial accounts. This candidate would want to work in an atmosphere of skilled, motivated, happy people who work together in an environment of teamwork, loyalty, and mutual respect.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and manage service timelines with agents

- Work with different markets, insurance carriers, and underwriters throughout the quote process

- Follow up with different markets/underwriters for quotations, binders, policies, endorsements, etc.

- Quote new business with carrier rating software, websites and applications

- Create proposal booklets

- Working daily in our Agency Management System

- Daily ongoing deadlines and on-going projects/tasks

REQUIREMENTS:

- Preferred Valid Property and Casualty license in Montana

- Preferred 3 Years agency experience

- Must have digital competence

- Must have strong oral and written communication skills

- Preferred experience with carrier rating software

- Preferred bachelor’s degree or higher

- Preferred experience with AMS360
