What You'll Do • End-to-End Recruitment: Own the recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Candidate Sourcing: Use creative strategies to identify and engage top talent through job boards, professional networks, social media, and headhunting.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Efficiency and Results: Meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience and quality hires.
• Talent Mapping: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future needs.
• Employer Branding: Act as an ambassador for the company, promoting a positive employer brand in all candidate interactions.
• HR Generalist Development: Gradually take on HR generalist responsibilities, including:
• Supporting onboarding processes to ensure new hires have a seamless experience.
• Assisting with employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
• Learning to handle basic employee relations, HR compliance, and policy implementation.
What it takes: • At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a preference for candidates from agency/headhunting firms, start-ups, or fast-paced industries.
• Proven ability to hire for a variety of roles at different levels.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems (Lever), and job boards.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Interest in developing broader HR skills alongside recruitment expertise.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and eager to learn.
• A problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments.
