VAS Solution Engineer

What you will do • Own the development strategy and lifecycle management of PCRF platform, including capacity planning, forecasting, budgeting, and technology evolution

• Lead the introduction of new services and platform capabilities, from requirements gathering through deployment and operational handover

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to transform business needs into scalable technical solutions

• Drive vendor engagement, including technical evaluations, contract scope definition, and delivery governance

• Participate in tender processes by defining technical requirements, evaluating proposals, and selecting optimal solutions

• Coordinate end-to-end implementation activities, including hardware/software delivery, deployment planning, and cross-functional execution

• Provide expert guidance on platform capabilities, architecture, and service opportunities

• Support critical maintenance activities and complex changes in production environments  

Qualifications and experience needed • Strong understanding of GSM, UMTS, and LTE network architecture

• Hands-on experience with policy control, charging, and packet core elements

• Good understanding of Diameter and GTP signaling protocols

• Solid IP networking knowledge

• English level: Pre-Intermediate or higher

• Linux-based environments

• SQL

A plus would be • Knowledge of 5G Core architecture

• Experience working with large volumes of data

• Experience working with Linux-based operating systems
