About Kaseya

Kaseya is the leading provider of AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software, serving Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT organizations worldwide. Our comprehensive platform helps organizations efficiently manage, secure, and automate their IT environments, driving operational efficiency and long-term business success.

Backed by Insight Partners , a leading global software investor, Kaseya has experienced sustained double-digit growth and continues to expand its global footprint. Today, Kaseya supports customers in more than 20 countries and manages over 15 million endpoints worldwide.

Founded in 2000, Kaseya was built by builders - and we're still building. We look for people who create rather than wait, who see a hard problem and lean in, and who treat challenges as raw material. At Kaseya, everyone plays a role in shaping the future of IT: whether you're in engineering, product, sales, marketing, customer support, or operations, your work helps protect, defend, and optimize IT environments across the globe.

We're building teams that grow, perform, and make an impact. If you're driven by the itch to make things better - a product, a process, a career - you'll fit right in.

At Kaseya, we don't just raise the bar. We build it.

Position Summary

Kaseya is seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on Product Analyst to join our Business Information Systems (BIS) team. This individual will work closely with the Product Manager to define, document, test, and deliver enterprise capabilities supporting our Product Business Systems (PBS), with a focus on product configuration, pricing, software provisioning, usage, and overage management.

This role will support Kaseya’s current operating environment while helping advance the transition to a more scalable future-state architecture. PBS capabilities span multiple platforms, including Salesforce, NetSuite, integrations, and Kaseya products such as Kaseya One. The role will contribute to the evolution of enterprise systems anchored by Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Oracle ERP, and related applications.

The ideal candidate understands the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle within an enterprise SaaS environment and can translate business requirements into detailed Jira stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, and test cases. Experience with product and pricing configuration, bundle management, software license provisioning, system integrations, and usage-based billing is highly valued. This individual must be comfortable managing competing priorities while helping simplify legacy processes, strengthen controls, and deliver well-documented, thoroughly tested solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Requirements and Analysis: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for product, pricing, fulfillment, and provisioning capabilities in support of the Product Manager’s roadmap.

• Business Process Documentation: Develop and maintain business requirements documents, functional specifications, process flows, data mappings, business rules, and decision logs. Document current-state and future-state processes, identify gaps, and highlight dependencies and migration considerations.

• Lead-to-Cash Lifecycle: Define and maintain detailed requirements across the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle, including product and pricing setup, order fulfillment, provisioning, entitlements, usage and overage capture, billing, revenue recognition, and reporting.

• Product and Pricing Analysis: Support requirements related to product configuration, catalog management, SKU creation, product hierarchies, master data governance, pricing, discounts, promotions, renewal pricing, and bundle management.

• Fulfillment and Provisioning Analysis: Support requirements for automated, manual, and hybrid provisioning, fulfillment routing, tenant onboarding, customer-to-tenant mapping, instance management, license provisioning, and entitlement lifecycle management.

• Jira and Agile Delivery: Maintain the Jira backlog by creating and updating epics, user stories, subtasks, acceptance criteria, labels, components, and release information. Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, solution reviews, demonstrations, and retrospectives.

• Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test cases that align with business requirements and acceptance criteria. Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), prepare test data, track results, and obtain business sign-off.

• Defect Management: Log, investigate, prioritize, and track defects in Jira. Partner with QA and Engineering to support root-cause analysis, retesting, resolution, and closure.

• Systems and Integration Analysis: Develop working knowledge of Salesforce, Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced, NetSuite, Oracle ERP, MuleSoft, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Kaseya One, and related applications. Document and validate integrations, data flows, and dependencies across systems.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Billing Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Operations, Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, IT, and Fulfillment teams to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and validate delivered solutions.

• Data Validation and Reconciliation: Validate product, pricing, order, entitlement, provisioning, and usage data across integrated systems. Perform data analysis and reconciliation to identify inconsistencies and support accurate downstream processing.

• Governance, Risk, and Compliance: Ensure requirements and test coverage address internal controls, data privacy, security, and enterprise policies. Maintain traceable documentation, test evidence, release notes, training materials, and operational runbooks.

• Production Validation and Continuous Improvement: Validate system behavior following releases, support post-release issue resolution, monitor data quality and defect trends, and identify improvements for future backlog prioritization.

• Transformation Support: Support both business-as-usual (BAU) and future-state transformation workstreams, clearly documenting legacy support, migration readiness, process changes, and dependencies.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst supporting CRM, ERP, billing, or revenue operations systems in an enterprise SaaS environment.

• Solid understanding of Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, or subscription lifecycle processes.

• Hands-on experience creating and managing Jira epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and defects.

• Experience writing test cases, executing functional and regression testing, and coordinating UAT cycles with business users through formal sign-off.

• Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, NetSuite, or comparable enterprise business systems.

• Understanding of integrated system flows across sales, order management, billing, accounts receivable, collections, revenue recognition, and reporting.

• Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams on enterprise-scale system implementations and participating in sprint ceremonies.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate requirements workshops, document decisions, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

• Understanding of business process mapping, technical integrations, data dependencies, and system controls.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams across legacy and future-state platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Jira and Confluence, including JQL, boards, and dashboards.

• Exposure to Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Oracle ERP, MuleSoft, Boomi, or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

• Experience with software license provisioning, entitlement management, product catalog configuration, pricing models, bundle management, and usage-based billing.

• Familiarity with managed service providers (MSPs), subscription-based business models, and customer lifecycle processes.

• Basic SQL skills or experience using data analysis tools to validate and reconcile information across integrated systems.

• Experience preparing functional specifications, data mappings, process flows, test scripts, release documentation, and operational support materials.
