Backed by Insight Partners , a leading global software investor, Kaseya has experienced sustained double-digit growth and continues to expand its global footprint. Today, Kaseya supports customers in more than 20 countries and manages over 15 million endpoints worldwide.

Founded in 2000, Kaseya has built a culture centered around innovation, accountability, and results. We are a high-growth, high-performance organization that values individuals who are driven, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers and teammates alike.

At Kaseya, success comes from embracing challenges, moving with urgency, and continuously raising the bar.

Kaseya is seeking an experienced engineering leader to build and lead a high-performing eCommerce Engineering team. This role is central to one of BIS Engineering's most strategic initiatives — transitioning our eCommerce platform from NetSuite to Salesforce B2B Commerce while positioning eCommerce as a primary sales and self-service channel across the Kaseya portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, this leader will own team structure, talent strategy, and agile delivery, while collaborating closely on architecture direction across the full eCommerce lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Building & Leadership — Define and build an eCommerce engineering team of 5–20+ resources, including onshore, nearshore, and offshore talent; augment with contractors or systems integrators as demand requires

• Platform Ownership — Lead engineering delivery across the current NetSuite eCommerce platform and the transition to Salesforce B2B Commerce, ensuring continuity of service throughout

• Architecture Collaboration — Partner with Product Owners, eCommerce leaders, and Salesforce architects to define platform architecture, technical design standards, and the long-term Salesforce product roadmap

• ERP & Systems Integration — Oversee integration design between Salesforce and back-office systems, including NetSuite and Oracle, working across API and MuleSoft-based integration patterns

• Agile Delivery — Drive an iterative, agile/DevOps delivery model to accelerate platform maturity and time-to-value

• CX & UX Direction — Provide hands-on guidance on customer experience design, UI/UX standards, and front-end architecture decisions

• Stakeholder Engagement — Serve as the primary engineering voice in product planning, roadmap discussions, and executive updates

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with Salesforce Commerce platforms — specifically Salesforce B2B Commerce and/or Salesforce Commerce Cloud, with working knowledge of Experience Cloud (Communities)

• Hands-on Salesforce development or architecture background (Apex, LWC, platform configuration)

• Strong engineering management experience in Agile and DevOps environments

• Demonstrated success building and scaling distributed engineering teams (onshore / nearshore / offshore)

• Experience with ERP integration, particularly NetSuite or Oracle , within a commerce or order management context

• Prior CX, UI/UX, or front-end architecture responsibility

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications strongly preferred — B2B Commerce Developer, Experience Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I/II, or equivalent

• Experience with NetSuite SuiteCommerce or similar ERP-integrated commerce platforms

• Familiarity with MuleSoft or API-led integration patterns supporting commerce workflows

• Awareness of Salesforce Agentforce or AI-powered commerce capabilities and how they apply to self-service and digital sales channels

• Background working in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or technology companie
