Last Mile Manger PUS 

 

Summary: The Last Mile Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient delivery of goods to final destinations in the PUS region. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate delivery while optimizing route efficiency and managing a team of delivery personnel.

 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily operations of the last mile delivery team.

• Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

• Monitor delivery performance and implement improvements as needed.

• Manage and supervise a team of delivery drivers and support staff.

• Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures.

• Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to streamline processes.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.

• Proven experience in logistics or delivery operations management.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Proficient in using logistics software and tools.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
