• Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain strategic alignment and deliver a consistent client experience.

• Client Service: Provide a high level of service to internal and external stakeholders while responding proactively to evolving business needs.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Development, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.

• Business Experience: Demonstrated business background and relevant industry knowledge, with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into strategic growth opportunities.

• Leadership: 5+ years of leadership experience preferred, with the ability to influence stakeholders and guide strategic initiatives.

• Growth and Retention: Strong knowledge of growth strategies, cross-selling, client retention, and relationship development.

• Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex business discussions with senior stakeholders.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the executive presence required to engage internal and external stakeholders effectively.

• Client Service: Demonstrated ability to provide superior service and build trusted relationships across multiple stakeholder groups.

• Adaptability: Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Technology: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
