Accountabilities: • Deliver dynamic, effective, and engaging English language sessions to learners from around the world through a virtual learning environment.
• Design personalized learning programs based on each student's specific needs, objectives, and level.
• Provide clear and constructive written feedback after each session to support continued improvement.
• Monitor learner progress through the online platform and guide students toward their individual language goals.
• Serve as a supportive motivator and mentor throughout the learner's virtual education journey.

• Deliver both one-to-one and group sessions according to learner and program requirements.
Requirements:
• Demonstrated proficiency in English at C2 level or equivalent.
• German proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• At least two years of experience teaching a foreign language.
• A recognized foreign language teaching certificate, such as TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, DELTA, or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills, with the ability to create engaging and supportive virtual learning experiences.
• Ability to personalize lessons and adapt teaching methods to different learner needs and objectives.
• Comfortable using digital tools and online platforms for teaching, learner monitoring, and communication.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection suitable for uninterrupted online teaching.
• Access to a laptop or desktop computer, webcam, and headset.
• Availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday, during peak teaching times.
• Ability and willingness to work as a freelancer or self-employed professional in the country of residence.
