• Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, R&D, engineering, and other stakeholders to translate business challenges into analytical solutions.
• Present analytical findings, insights, and recommendations to leadership and business stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
• Contribute to broader transformation and cost-improvement initiatives by applying data, automation, and analytical techniques to supply chain processes.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience, academic project experience, or comparable hands-on exposure to supply chain analytics or data analysis.
• Strong technical capabilities in Python, SQL, and data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience or familiarity with AI/ML frameworks including TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Solid understanding of supply chain fundamentals, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work with large datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical analysis clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and work independently when required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a strong focus on results, learning, and continuous improvement.
• Curious and detail-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in applying technology and analytics to operational challenges.
