• Bring a systems-level perspective to complex problems by simplifying workflows, identifying reusable patterns, and creating a scalable foundation for future product evolution.

Requirements:

• Bring 7+ years of product or UX design experience with a proven record of shipping data-intensive products in analytics, BI, SaaS, financial, healthcare, or similar environments, covering discovery, strategy, execution, launch, and iteration.

• Demonstrate strong UX and visual design fundamentals, with the ability to transform complex data, workflows, and information architectures into intuitive, scalable, and actionable experiences.

• Have experience designing data-dense interfaces involving dashboards, reporting, data visualization, filtering, segmentation, drill-downs, comparisons, and other advanced analytical workflows.

• Demonstrate strong product design thinking and the ability to independently identify problems, frame opportunities, influence product strategy, and make informed design decisions alongside Product and Engineering.

• Bring hands-on expertise with Figma, user research and testing methods, and product analytics or research tools such as Pendo, Sigma, Maze, or comparable platforms.

• Possess strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build alignment across multidisciplinary teams and clearly explain design decisions.

• Be able to balance customer needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and scalability when making product and design decisions.

• Maintain a high bar for craft and attention to detail, with a strong focus on consistency, accessibility, usability, and quality across the product experience.

• Demonstrate curiosity, ownership, and initiative when navigating ambiguous problems, creating clarity, and moving work forward without waiting for detailed direction.

• Understand or be able to quickly learn the day-to-day realities of healthcare practices and design around real customer needs rather than surface-level requests.

• Think beyond individual features to identify patterns, simplify complexity, and create scalable experiences across products, while remaining comfortable navigating multi-tenant environments, legacy systems, integrations, and technical constraints.

• Demonstrate a collaborative leadership style through mentorship, thoughtful feedback, knowledge sharing, relationship building, and the ability to bring Product and Engineering stakeholders together around strong customer outcomes.

Benefits:

• Exposure to complex, data-intensive product challenges within the healthcare technology space.

• Collaboration with Product, Engineering, research, and other cross-functional teams throughout the full product lifecycle.

• Opportunity to influence scalable design systems, interaction patterns, and broader product design quality.

• A supportive environment for mentorship, knowledge sharing, design critiques, and continued professional growth.

• Inclusive workplace culture that values curiosity, problem-solving, learning, and progress, with reasonable accommodations available for candidates who require them.

• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
