Accountabilities • Build trusted relationships with assigned enterprise customers by understanding their technical environments, business priorities, challenges, and success criteria.
• Serve as the primary post-sales technical contact and customer advocate, ensuring platform capabilities are aligned with customer objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Drive adoption, operational maturity, and long-term value realization through proactive account planning, technical guidance, and strategic engagement.
• Conduct regular technical and business reviews, demonstrating progress, identifying expansion opportunities, and aligning stakeholders around success metrics.
• Anticipate technical risks, adoption barriers, and customer blockers, developing mitigation plans in partnership with customers and internal teams.
• Partner with Solutions Engineers to ensure effective transitions from pre-sales through onboarding and ongoing customer success.
• Provide proactive guidance on containerization, Kubernetes, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, cloud-native development, and emerging developer productivity practices.
• Translate customer feedback and technical challenges into actionable insights for Product, Engineering, Support, and other internal teams.
• Develop reusable best practices, reference architectures, technical playbooks, workshops, and digital enablement resources that can scale customer engagement.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer relationships, account health, engagement activity, success plans, and progress against key metrics.
• Contribute to the evolution of standardized onboarding, health-review, renewal, and lifecycle engagement processes.
• Support scalable 1:many initiatives that improve customer education, adoption, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, DevOps Consultant, Customer Engineer, or a similar position.
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and modern cloud-native development practices.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into business outcomes and demonstrate measurable customer value.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical practitioners and executive stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to identify patterns, anticipate customer needs, and develop long-term solutions rather than focusing solely on individual technical issues.
• Strong relationship-management skills and a customer-first approach to solving complex problems.
• Ability to work effectively across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering, Support, and other functions in a globally distributed organization.
• Experience working with developer-first platforms or product-led growth models is an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure or agent-based development platforms is a plus.
• Previous post-sales or lifecycle-management experience within an infrastructure, developer-tools, or SaaS organization is beneficial.
