Accountabilities • Lead intake and discovery for inbound configuration requests, defining scope and determining whether work falls under standard support or billable professional services.
• Act as the primary project owner for post-go-live configuration initiatives, translating customer needs into clear technical requirements and prioritizing execution backlogs.
• Facilitate customer discovery calls and working sessions to understand complex workflows, develop appropriate solutions, manage scope, and promote best practices.
• Coordinate recurring programs such as system upgrades, configuration maintenance, and implementation of add-on capabilities including AI features and custom dashboards.
• Perform internal quality assurance of technical configurations and lead customer User Acceptance Testing when required before deployment.
• Manage specialized workstreams such as expansion initiatives, upsell projects, data migrations, and system integrations.
• Coordinate and deliver ongoing customer training while maintaining and updating training resources and enablement materials.
• Apply a deep understanding of product configurability to analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable requirements and comprehensive project plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and proactively manage dependencies, customer contingencies, risks, and competing priorities.
• Define project schedules, track progress, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with customer expectations.
• Partner closely with configuration, customer success, and support teams to ensure seamless execution and continued customer value.
Requirements
• 5–7 years of experience in professional services, managed services, process consulting, technical support, business analysis, SaaS implementation, or related client-facing technical roles.
• Strong understanding of business process optimization, workflow design, and enterprise content management concepts.
• Demonstrated project management skills, with excellent organization, attention to detail, prioritization, and follow-through.
• Proven experience working directly with clients and consistently delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lead large meetings and facilitate discussions involving multiple stakeholders with competing priorities and interests.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and resources to deliver complex customer initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for work management, program tracking, and cross-team coordination.
• Experience with data cleaning, importing, and migration; intermediate to advanced Excel skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with customer management and service platforms such as GuideCX, Zendesk, and HubSpot.
• Experience with promotional content approval processes or regulated industries is a plus.
• Experience applying generative AI to improve internal operational workflows and enhance customer-facing deliverables.
• Strong business and technical acumen, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions independently.
• Adaptable, customer-focused, and comfortable balancing multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
