Accountabilities • Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise and strategic customers, overseeing activities from project kickoff through go-live and transition to Customer Success.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date implementation documentation, project artifacts, communication plans, and governance materials.
• Monitor project health through established KPIs and provide reliable forecasts covering timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements.
• Lead change management activities, including scope evaluation, impact assessment, change control, and stakeholder communication.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and identify opportunities to improve methodologies, tools, documentation, processes, and the overall customer experience.
• Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of enterprise implementation processes, project templates, governance frameworks, and best practices.
• Mentor implementation team members and provide guidance on complex customer engagements and project delivery challenges.
Requirements
• Significant experience leading complex software implementations, enterprise technology projects, or similarly strategic customer-facing initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage projects from initial planning and kickoff through implementation, go-live, and transition to ongoing customer success.
• Strong project governance and program management skills, including experience developing project plans, milestones, resource models, KPIs, and risk-management frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities, complex dependencies, and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong executive-level communication skills, with the ability to present project status, risks, decisions, and recommendations clearly to senior customer and internal leadership.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to coordinate teams across professional services, sales, customer success, support, training, product, engineering, billing, and external vendors.
• Strong understanding of software implementation activities, including integrations, data migration, networking, system configuration, testing, and organizational readiness.
• Proven experience identifying and mitigating project risks, managing scope changes, resolving escalations, and maintaining alignment with customer expectations.
