• Create conversion-focused copy for cold-traffic campaigns, including landing pages, paid advertisements, video scripts, advertorials, forms, calls to action, and other funnel assets.

• Research products, audiences, competitors, markets, and advertising trends to identify customer needs, messaging opportunities, and differentiated positioning.

• Develop compelling headlines, hooks, offers, value propositions, benefits, and creative angles that motivate audiences to take action.

• Translate technical product features into clear, relevant, customer-focused benefits.

• Ensure advertising claims are accurate, substantiated, and aligned with client requirements and advertising platform policies.

• Develop structured copy variations for A/B testing and use campaign results to refine messaging and improve conversion performance.

• Review marketing performance data to identify successful concepts, understand underperforming copy, and guide future iterations.

• Adapt proven messaging approaches across relevant clients, products, and industries while accounting for differences in audience needs.

• Document successful concepts, unsuccessful experiments, research findings, and key learnings in the team's copywriting knowledge base.

• Collaborate with marketers, designers, video editors, media buyers, and other creative professionals during brainstorming and campaign development.

• Integrate AI tools into research, ideation, copy development, analysis, and production workflows to improve efficiency and output quality.

• Manage multiple projects, clients, and industry niches while maintaining consistent quality, accuracy, and delivery timelines.

• Native-level English proficiency, with exceptional writing, grammar, proofreading, and editing skills.

• Strong understanding of direct-response principles, customer psychology, and conversion-focused messaging.

• Proven experience writing landing pages, paid advertising copy, and performance-oriented creative assets.

• Ability to develop compelling headlines, hooks, offers, calls to action, value propositions, and distinct messaging angles.

• Experience creating campaigns designed to engage cold audiences and support customer acquisition.

• Strong research skills and the ability to quickly understand new products, markets, competitors, and customer segments.

• Experience using AI tools for research, ideation, copy development, performance analysis, and workflow optimization.

• Excellent attention to detail, particularly when following brand guidelines, compliance requirements, and advertising standards.

• Curiosity and openness to experimenting with new tools, formats, and creative approaches.

• Adaptability and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Strong execution skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality work efficiently and consistently on time.
