Accountabilities • Partner with Marketing leadership to translate strategic objectives into annual and quarterly priorities, operating plans, milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead planning and business-management processes, including target setting, forecasting, pipeline pacing, budget discussions, resource planning, and executive business reviews.
• Create clarity across cross-functional initiatives by establishing ownership, decision rights, workstreams, risks, dependencies, and communication cadences.
• Develop operating frameworks, templates, playbooks, and scalable mechanisms that strengthen prioritization, accountability, visibility, and execution quality.
• Analyze marketing and business performance to identify trends and implications, challenge assumptions, surface trade-offs, and recommend actions that improve growth and operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Analytics, Finance, Sales and Revenue Operations, Product, and regional teams to connect strategic plans and ensure coordinated execution.
• Facilitate working sessions and leadership discussions that transform ambiguity into clear decisions, aligned actions, ownership, and measurable follow-through.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, automate recurring activities, and improve how marketing teams make and execute strategic and operational decisions.
• Build executive-ready narratives, recommendations, business reviews, and operating materials from complex and diverse inputs.
• Manage multiple strategic priorities simultaneously while maintaining momentum, alignment, and high-quality delivery.
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, business operations, marketing operations, consulting, finance, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading planning cycles, forecasting, business reviews, operating rhythms, or complex cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, with the ability to connect marketing activities to pipeline, revenue, resource allocation, and business outcomes.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex information into concise, executive-ready narratives, recommendations, and decision materials.
• Strong business judgment and the ability to balance strategic priorities, operational realities, and measurable results.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence effectively without formal authority.
• A structured, systems-oriented approach to complex work, with a focus on creating clarity without introducing unnecessary process.
• Strong analytical fluency and confidence using data to challenge assumptions, frame trade-offs, and support recommendations.
• A proactive, action-oriented mindset, with the ability to clearly define decisions, owners, next steps, and measures of success.
• Collaborative, low-ego working style and a genuine interest in improving team effectiveness.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, complex environment while maintaining strategic focus.
• Experience within a high-growth B2B SaaS or similarly complex global marketing organization is preferred.
Benefits
• Base salary: $134,000–$200,000 annually, with the final offer determined by job-related capabilities, experience, and work location.
