Accountabilities: • Apply advanced data analytics, statistical, predictive, AI-enabled, and optimization techniques to address complex business problems and forecast behaviors.
• Mine and analyze complex datasets to identify patterns, opportunities, risks, and insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Develop, test, and validate analytical and predictive models that improve program outcomes, product performance, consumer experiences, and business value.
• Use AI and automation technologies to increase analytical efficiency, uncover new insights, and enhance decision-making processes.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for technical, business, and senior leadership audiences.
• Contribute innovative approaches to financial and operational modeling while developing a strong understanding of business context and objectives.
• Coordinate with analytics, IT, business teams, and subject matter experts to ensure projects incorporate relevant organizational knowledge and insights.
• Make decisions regarding technical approaches for project components while operating with minimal direction and considerable autonomy.
• Contribute to analytical strategy, methodologies, and best practices across the department.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders, clearly explaining implications and potential business impact.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of data analytics experience, or a master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in data mining, predictive modeling, and using data to influence business outcomes and decisions.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, Scala, C, or R.
• Strong knowledge of analytical methodologies, with experience in areas such as forecasting, simulation, predictive modeling, or related techniques.
• Experience leveraging data, analytics, and technology to solve complex business problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate analytical findings and present insights to senior leadership.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage moderately complex to complex analytical assignments.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
• An advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience using AI-assisted technologies to support business analysis, requirements gathering, data analytics, documentation, or software development is a plus.
• Six Sigma certification is preferred.
• Experience with technologies such as Databricks, Azure, Copilot, Claude, SQL, Python, Power BI, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
Benefits
• $97,900–$133,500 per year in starting base pay, with the actual offer varying based on geographic location, skills, experience, education, certifications, and other job-related factors.
• Eligibility for a bonus incentive plan based on organizational and/or individual performance.
• Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week in a remote, nationwide position.
