Accountabilities • Lead a major product initiative, defining its long-term strategy, product vision, success metrics, and KPIs.
• Build and communicate the business case for additional product investment based on market opportunity, customer needs, and expected business impact.
• Own the product thesis for the target market segment, including buyer profiles, customer personas, pain points, and evolving needs.
• Conduct and synthesize market, customer, and product research to identify high-value opportunities.
• Apply first-principles thinking, creative problem-solving, and quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions.
• Translate strategic priorities into a clear product roadmap and actionable initiatives.
• Partner closely with engineering to identify and prioritize the most impactful product innovations.
• Own prioritization, resolve major blockers, and drive key product milestones from definition through delivery.
• Balance detailed product decisions with the broader strategic direction and long-term product vision.
• Lead 0-to-1 product development and scale successful experiences from 1-to-10.
• Drive alignment across marketing, business leadership, support, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Communicate product strategy, priorities, progress, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Continuously test assumptions, evaluate outcomes, and adapt the product strategy based on customer feedback, data, and market changes.
• Advocate for customer needs while maintaining a strong focus on measurable business and product outcomes.
Requirements
• 7+ years of professional product management experience, ideally including experience in startup or high-growth environments.
• Proven ability to lead significant products or product areas with ownership of strategy, roadmap, execution, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience building products that automate or enhance complex manual workflows using Agentic AI, Conversational AI, or related technologies.
• Demonstrated experience taking products from 0-to-1 and scaling products from 1-to-10.
• Strong background in B2B product-led growth (PLG) products and B2B SaaS, particularly products involving multi-step workflows.
• Ability to combine short-term execution with the development, testing, and refinement of a compelling long-term product vision.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience using both quantitative and qualitative data to inform product strategy and decisions.
• First-principles thinking and the ability to approach ambiguous problems with creative, structured, and customer-focused solutions.
• Experience identifying opportunities to assist, streamline, or automate manual workflows.
• Previous experience in recruiting, talent technology, HR software, or people-focused products is a plus.
• Experience working with advanced AI/ML technologies is a strong plus.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to build alignment across engineering, marketing, support, business, and leadership teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex product strategies and trade-offs clearly.
• High level of ownership, adaptability, and comfort making decisions in fast-moving and evolving environments.
