Accountabilities • Develop and execute a global partnerships growth marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives and priority markets.

• Identify, assess, and prioritize partnership opportunities across co-marketing, affiliate and channel programs, ecosystems, platforms, loyalty programs, and travel collaborations.

• Own partner go-to-market planning, including joint value propositions, campaign concepts, launch plans, distribution strategies, and success metrics.

• Lead partner campaigns end to end across owned, paid, partner, and relevant PR or communications channels.

• Define KPIs and measurement frameworks, tracking metrics such as incremental revenue, customer acquisition efficiency, conversion, activation, engagement, and retention.

• Analyze campaign and partnership performance, turning results and insights into optimization decisions and future strategies.

• Build scalable operational processes covering partner briefs, campaign timelines, approvals, creative assets, tracking, post-mortems, and knowledge sharing.

• Work closely with Marketing, Partnerships/Business Development, Product, Brand/Communications, Legal, Finance, and Data teams to ensure programs launch effectively and compliantly.

• Develop and strengthen the long-term partnerships marketing capability, helping establish repeatable processes and best practices as the function grows.

• Contribute to experimentation and continuous improvement across partnership channels, offers, campaigns, and customer journeys.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, partner marketing, partnerships, or a closely related field, with demonstrated measurable business outcomes.

• Proven hands-on experience creating and managing marketing partnerships that generate growth rather than solely brand awareness.

• Strong strategic thinking combined with excellent execution skills, with the ability to move effectively from strategy to planning, launch, measurement, and iteration.

• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills, particularly in fast-paced and distributed organizations.

• Analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs, understanding tracking and attribution approaches, and using data to make informed decisions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate clearly across different functions and seniority levels.

• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.

• Experience working autonomously in a remote environment and taking ownership without excessive oversight.

• Experience in travel, eSIM, telecommunications, fintech, marketplaces, subscription businesses, or mobile applications is a plus.

• Familiarity with affiliate networks, partner management platforms, or structured partnership programs is desirable.

• Experience with experimentation frameworks such as A/B testing, landing-page or offer testing, and channel experimentation is beneficial.

• Experience running integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels is a plus.

• Previous people-management experience, or a clear interest in developing toward people leadership, is advantageous.
