Accountabilities • Plan, build, launch, and manage full-funnel Meta advertising campaigns for U.S.-based home service businesses.
• Develop campaign strategies covering audience targeting, campaign structures, budgets, bidding, offers, creative direction, and lead-generation objectives.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, landscaping, pest control, remodeling, painting, cleaning, construction, and related residential service categories.
• Monitor and analyze CPL, qualified lead rate, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, frequency, CTR, CPM, attribution, and downstream sales performance.
• Optimize campaigns based on both lead volume and lead quality, working with CRM and sales teams to identify the campaigns, audiences, creatives, and offers driving qualified customers.
• Design and execute structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, offers, copy, landing pages, and campaign structures.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing hooks, angles, offers, video concepts, imagery, copy, and calls to action.
• Manage significant advertising budgets and scale successful campaigns while maintaining target CPL and lead quality.
• Implement, monitor, and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), events, tracking, and attribution systems.
• Identify campaign inefficiencies and tracking issues, then develop data-backed strategies to improve performance.
• Prepare clear, actionable performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay current with Meta Ads updates, Advantage+ solutions, attribution developments, and emerging paid-social strategies.
• Manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively, particularly within a performance marketing or agency environment.
Requirements
• 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns, with direct and demonstrable experience generating leads for U.S.-based home service businesses required .
• Proven experience working with U.S. home service industries such as HVAC, plumbing, roofing, home improvement, electrical, landscaping, pest control, remodeling, painting, cleaning, or construction.
• Strong understanding of lead-generation campaigns, local targeting, lead quality, CPL optimization, attribution, and campaign scaling.
• Demonstrated ability to personally manage campaigns and explain strategy, objectives, testing methodology, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience managing multiple Meta Ads accounts simultaneously, preferably within a performance marketing or digital marketing agency.
• Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), Advantage+ campaigns, Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and interest targeting.
• Strong understanding of post-iOS 14 measurement, attribution, Meta Lead Ads, and Instant Forms.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and landing-page conversion rate optimization.
• Meta Blueprint Certification is required.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for campaign reporting and performance analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, ownership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to provide 2–5 examples of Meta ad creatives personally developed or managed for U.S. home service campaigns, with shareable links and appropriate permission to share.

• Ability to work full-time during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours .
