• Manage partner marketing budgets and Market Development Funds (MDF), using performance data and partner insights to maximize ROI.

• Analyze campaign and partner performance through CRM and marketing platforms, identifying opportunities to optimize programs and improve conversion.

• Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to streamline workflows, generate insights, and scale marketing execution without compromising quality.

• Identify opportunities to adapt established marketing frameworks, test new approaches, and pilot innovative partner programs.

• Travel approximately 15–20% to support partner engagement and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or a closely related field, with hands-on experience supporting partner-led or co-marketing programs.

• Experience designing, executing, and optimizing marketing programs that contribute directly to pipeline generation and partner growth.

• Experience working with national, strategic, or high-growth partners is a strong advantage.

• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs and stakeholders effectively.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, product, and partner teams to achieve shared commercial objectives.

• Comfortable using CRM, analytics, and marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Power BI, and Asana to evaluate partner performance and MDF ROI.

• Experience using AI-powered tools and automation to improve marketing efficiency, generate insights, and enhance program execution.

• Clear and practical communication skills, with the ability to build trust with partners and internal stakeholders and turn strategy into actionable plans.

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to use pipeline, conversion, and performance data to guide marketing decisions.

• Intellectual curiosity and genuine interest in cybersecurity, AI-enabled security solutions, and emerging technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Ability to work remotely and legal authorization to work in Canada without requiring employer sponsorship.
