Accountabilities • Apply established brand identities consistently across digital, print, presentation, campaign, and marketing materials while respecting existing visual foundations.

• Translate marketing and business briefs into clear, engaging, professional, and commercially relevant creative solutions.

• Develop campaign concepts and scalable visual systems that can be adapted effectively across multiple channels, formats, audiences, and screen sizes.

• Create digital assets for social media, paid media, email campaigns, websites, landing pages, and other digital experiences.

• Design internal, client-facing, and event presentations, transforming complex information into compelling visual narratives through layouts, diagrams, infographics, and reusable templates.

• Produce marketing and campaign collateral such as brochures, reports, guides, one-pagers, learner recruitment materials, posters, banners, certificates, and event assets.

• Develop client- and partner-specific creative while accurately applying third-party brand guidelines and maintaining appropriate brand hierarchy in co-branded materials.

• Work confidently with Figma libraries, components, templates, and established design systems while creating reusable assets that support efficient future production.

• Maintain organized, editable, clearly labeled source files and contribute to the ongoing development and documentation of visual systems and creative resources.

• Prepare artwork for digital and print production, checking dimensions, resolution, color profiles, bleed, export settings, and other technical specifications.

• Proof creative thoroughly, incorporate feedback efficiently, communicate proactively about timelines or capacity, and take ownership of the quality and completeness of final deliverables.

• Gradually take greater ownership of creative projects and contribute thoughtful recommendations to improve visual solutions and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• Approximately 5 or more years of professional design experience, or a portfolio demonstrating an equivalent level of capability and maturity.

• Strong professional experience across brand, marketing, digital, web, presentation, and print design.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within established brand guidelines, visual identities, design systems, libraries, and templates.

• Experience creating creative for both business and consumer audiences, with the flexibility to adapt visual communication to different needs.

• Strong presentation-design capabilities, including slide layouts, visual storytelling, diagrams, infographics, and complex presentation decks.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent typography, layout, visual hierarchy, conceptual thinking, visual consistency, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience producing professional digital assets and print-ready artwork, with a strong understanding of production and quality requirements.

• Hands-on experience with Figma and confidence working with libraries, components, templates, and editable source files.

• Ability to balance creative exploration with brand consistency, commercial objectives, practical constraints, and production requirements.

• Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, formats, and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive feedback constructively and work effectively with senior designers, marketing teams, brand stakeholders, clients, and partners.

• Sound creative judgment and the confidence to recommend improved solutions when an existing visual approach could be strengthened.

• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently while proactively communicating progress and potential delivery risks.
