Accountabilities: • Create and manage pre-season and in-season financial plans for an assigned product group, helping establish sales, margin, and inventory expectations.

• Monitor product performance against financial plans, analyzing sales, gross margin, inventory levels, seasonality, trends, and brand performance to identify risks and growth opportunities.

• Reconcile financial plans using both top-down and bottom-up planning approaches and translate findings into clear recommendations aligned with broader business objectives.

• Contribute to seasonal merchandise strategies designed to maximize sales, maintain product availability, optimize inventory flow, and anticipate future merchandise needs.

• Partner with Category Managers to develop pre-season strategies that connect product opportunities with financial targets and business priorities.

• Prepare and present product and financial analyses for weekly business reviews and monthly planning discussions, communicating insights that help shape forward-looking strategies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support effective merchandise flow and the achievement of financial objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Merchandising, Operations, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in merchandise planning, demand planning, replenishment, financial planning, or a related analytical discipline.

• Strong numerical and analytical abilities, with a foundational understanding of retail mathematics, financial planning, and forecasting methodologies.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to organize, analyze, and communicate data effectively.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across multiple functions.

• Excellent organization and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

• Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new planning techniques, systems, and business processes.

• Exposure to merchandise planning platforms such as RELEX is preferred.

• Ability to work remotely from an approved U.S. state and maintain a professional, distraction-free home working environment.

• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

Benefits:

• Salary: $60,200–$75,200 per year, with compensation determined based on role-related factors and experience.

• Remote work: Fully remote position with time-zone flexibility, Monday through Friday, generally 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
