Accountabilities: • Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards covering enhancement volumes, cycle times, aging, completion status, exceptions, and other key program metrics.

• Establish performance baselines and monitor trends to provide leadership with clear visibility into program performance and support data-driven decision-making.

• Analyze internal and vendor-related costs, vendor utilization, service-level performance, and cost variances to identify opportunities for stronger margins, pricing discipline, and vendor effectiveness.

• Track vendor performance against established expectations and surface operational or financial risks requiring attention.

• Document enhancement and make-ready workflows, contribute to standard operating procedures, and support consistent processes across branches and regions.

• Support pilot programs and program rollouts by validating data, tracking issues, documenting processes, and assisting with training materials.

• Identify operational bottlenecks, recurring errors, billing issues, and other inefficiencies, providing data-backed recommendations for process, policy, or system improvements.

• Prepare analytical summaries, presentations, and performance updates for leadership meetings, operational reviews, and planning discussions.

• Partner with internal stakeholders and the Manager of Remarketing Enhancements to support program execution, scalability, and continuous improvement.

• Contribute to initiatives designed to support Gross Transaction Value growth, improve seller experience, strengthen operational efficiency, and maintain cost discipline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in an analyst, operations support, business analytics, process improvement, or similar role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret operational and financial data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

• Experience developing reports, dashboards, performance metrics, or other analytical tools to support business decisions.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, particularly when managing multiple metrics, workflows, stakeholders, and deadlines.

• Ability to identify trends, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities through quantitative analysis.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to both operational teams and leadership.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

• Experience with process documentation, continuous improvement, or operational program support is valuable.

• Lean/Six Sigma, data analytics, or business intelligence certifications are preferred but not required.
