Accountabilities: • Lead a team of 6 frontline leaders and 30+ Account Executives, establishing a high-performing culture centered on account growth, retention, strategic selling, and measurable results.

• Drive annual recurring revenue expansion across existing accounts by leveraging SaaS and Generative AI offerings to identify and execute new growth opportunities.

• Develop and execute account expansion strategies designed to maximize Net Retention Rate (NRR), Lifetime Value (LTV), and overall account health.

• Lead strategies to protect, renew, and expand high-value enterprise contracts, including complex and seven-figure agreements and multi-year extensions.

• Train and coach sales leaders and Account Executives on expansion motions, Executive Business Reviews, multi-threaded customer relationships, and renewal forecasting.

• Act as an executive sponsor for major enterprise renewals, strategic cross-sell opportunities, and complex multi-year negotiations.

• Establish proactive account health strategies to identify churn risks early, strengthen customer relationships, and improve retention outcomes.

• Guide teams through sophisticated commercial processes, including retention metrics, expansion deal structures, co-terming, and complex contract renewals.

• Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, and other stakeholders to align account expansion with customer success and measurable client ROI.

• Translate customer feedback and market needs into new opportunities involving AI and experience management capabilities.

• Scale strategic account management initiatives and contribute directly to core ARR and net-retention objectives through executive-level influence and commercial leadership.

Requirements:

• 10–15+ years of software subscription sales and commercial leadership experience, preferably at the second-level leadership level or above, with a strong focus on account expansion.

• Extensive experience with SaaS, DaaS, and post-sale commercial metrics, including NRR, GRR, and Gross Churn.

• Proven success leading large existing-business or account management organizations and delivering significant revenue growth.

• Demonstrated track record of closing complex, multi-year contract renewals and expanding high-value enterprise customer relationships.

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Business, Technology, or a related discipline.

• Exceptional commercial judgment and an ability to navigate sophisticated renewal, expansion, and contract negotiation strategies.

• Strong executive communication, storytelling, presentation, and relationship-management skills.

• Ability to build trusted partnerships with senior customer stakeholders and influence strategic decisions at the executive level.

• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities, with experience developing frontline leaders and high-performing sales teams.

• Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, performance-driven environment while balancing long-term account strategies with immediate commercial priorities.

• A collaborative and innovative mindset, with the ability to translate customer feedback into actionable growth opportunities.
