Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.

INFUSE is looking for a detail-oriented B2B proofreader to join our team. This role is responsible for editing and proofreading long-form and short-form content to ensure it is accurate, polished, on-brand, and aligned with client goals. The right candidate is a strong communicator who can collaborate with writers and internal teams to maintain high-quality content and keep projects moving forward.

Responsibilities: 

• Edit and proofread B2B content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, usage, clarity, consistency, and brand voice  

• Ensure content aligns with client style guides, editorial standards, messaging, and project requirements  

• Provide clear, constructive feedback to writers  

• Cross-check references, claims, data, and source material for accuracy  

• Identify factual inconsistencies, unsupported statements, and potential plagiarism  

• Collaborate with writers, designers, and other departments  

• Review and occasionally revise internal documents and client-facing materials  

• Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines  

• Maintain a high standard of quality across all reviewed content

Qualifications: 

• Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills  

• Strong understanding of grammar, punctuation, syntax, style, and usage  

• Experience editing and proofreading long-form and short-form content  

• 1+ year of proofreading or editing experience  

• 1+ year of writing experience  

• B2B content experience preferred  

• Familiarity with style guides and brand voice requirements  

• Strong attention to detail  

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills  

• Highly organized, adaptable, proactive, and solutions-oriented  

• Able to work EST hours
