- Help develop creative concepts based on performance insights and strategic direction.

- Organize and maintain creative briefs, references, and concept boards for assigned accounts.

- Collaborate with designers, editors, and media buyers throughout the creative development process.

- Learn how to interpret creative performance data and apply those learnings to future concepts.

- Participate in internal brainstorms, concept reviews, and creative feedback sessions.

- Shadow client meetings and creative presentations to learn our strategic process.

- Stay curious about platform trends, emerging creative formats, and performance marketing best practices.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 1+ years of experience in an agency or in-house creative.

- Strong writing skills with an interest in short-form, digital-first content.

- A creative mindset paired with curiosity about data, testing, and what makes ads perform.

- Interest in consumer psychology, social media, and performance marketing.

- Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and continuously improve.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized across multiple projects.

- A collaborative attitude and openness to feedback.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Passion for learning performance creative and building a career in creative strategy.
