Collections Process Lead

We're looking for an Accounts Receivable & Collections Team Lead to lead our team and drive operational excellence in accounts receivable, collections, and customer service. If you have experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, and team leadership, and you're passionate about coaching employees, improving processes, and delivering results.

Requirements: • Minimum of three years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Customer Service, Operations, or a related business function. • Previous experience leading, supervising, or coordinating a team in a fast-paced operational environment. • Working knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes, collection procedures, aging reports, payment arrangements, and customer account management. • Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills. • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage competing deadlines, and make sound operational decisions. • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. • Ability to build effective working relationships across departments and with all levels of the organization. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Word, along with the ability to quickly learn internal systems. • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive situations professionally. • Demonstrated sense of urgency, ownership, reliability, and follow-through.

Preferred Qualifications • Previous supervisory experience within an Accounts Receivable or Collections department. • Experience supporting remote or hybrid teams. • Experience working with performance metrics, quality assurance programs, coaching, and employee performance management. • Experience with payment processing, reconciliation, and financial operations.
