Why work at Higgsfield AI?

Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $500M in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands. We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.

Why this role exists Higgsfield is one of the fastest-growing generative AI companies in the world. Every generation is a policy decision at scale, and the surface area (NSFW, IP, likeness, anti-fraud, deepfakes, regional law) grows every week. Trust & Safety needs a PM who can turn ambiguous legal, policy, and financial-abuse inputs into shipped systems, not another doc.

What you'll actually do • Own the T&S product surface end-to-end: classifiers, appeals, user-facing warnings, moderator tooling, enforcement flows. • Own anti-fraud alongside content safety: multi-account farms, free-trial abuse, refund abuse, chargebacks, prompt-injection cost exploits, reseller wrappers. Fraud is a large and growing share of the T&S problem here. • Translate legal, policy, and financial-risk requirements into concrete product specs the ML and engineering teams can build against. • Set thresholds and enforcement policy in partnership with Applied ML: what gets blocked, what gets warned, what gets appealed, and the dollar and reputational tradeoffs behind each choice. • Run the incident loop when something breaks in production, provider escalations, misuse incidents, fraud spikes, new abuse vectors, and ship the fix. • Design the metrics that matter: dollars saved from fraud, false-positive cost to legit users, false-negative legal exposure, appeal reversal rate, coverage across new models and markets. • Work directly with Legal, Applied ML, Backend, Growth, Payments, and external providers to keep our contractual and regulatory obligations current.

Must-haves

1. Founding or early-operator experience. You've spent years trying to build something of your own. You know what it's like to own an outcome when nobody hands you a spec.

2. Shipped T&S, moderation, fraud, risk, or compliance products at scale. You've made real enforcement decisions that affected real users and real money.

3. Comfort with legal, policy, and financial-risk ambiguity. You've worked with counsel, payments providers, or regulators and translated their inputs into product.

4. Strong technical judgment. You can reason about classifier tradeoffs, fraud-detection tradeoffs, threshold selection, and evaluation without needing an engineer to translate.

5. You make decisions in dollars and risk, not opinions. A block rate has a cost, a miss has a cost, a false fraud flag has a cost, you can argue all sides.

Who this is not for • You prefer working from complete specifications rather than defining problems yourself. • You want to write strategy docs more than ship enforcement changes. • You are looking for a slower release cycle. We ship weekly, and incidents can compress that to hours.

Nice to have • Background at a generative AI, UGC platform, marketplace, or fintech risk team in the US, EU, or Asia. • Direct experience with C2PA, child safety classifiers, IP takedowns, DMCA, GDPR enforcement, chargeback flows, or 3DS. • Comfort with adversarial abuse patterns and how they evolve.
