WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Prepare, issue, and maintain HR documentation: employment contracts, amendments, internal orders, policies, leave records, and other statutory documents in accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Run the administrative side of onboarding and offboarding: contract preparation, document collection and verification, and regulatory registrations where required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files and HRIS data for all employees.
- Track and administer vacations, sick leaves, business trips, and other absences, keeping all supporting documentation compliant.
- Support the relocation of international employees on the documentation side: employment formalities, permits-related paperwork, and coordination with migration service providers.
- Prepare reports and data required by local authorities and internal stakeholders.
- Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews with complete, well-organized records.
- Work closely with the HR team, accounting, and external advisors (legal, migration services) to keep day-to-day HR administration fully compliant.
YOUR MUST-HAVES
- Hands-on experience in HR administration in Kazakhstan, with solid practical knowledge of the Labour Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Proven experience preparing and maintaining employment contracts, orders, personnel files, and statutory HR records in full legal compliance.
- Experience with HRIS or similar systems and confident data management skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English, Russian & Kazakh
YOUR GOOD-TO-HAVES
- Experience with employment of foreign nationals in Kazakhstan (work permits, migration registrations, coordination with authorities).
- Experience in a fast-growing startup or international company.
- Familiarity with 1C:ЗУП or similar payroll/HR software.
