Sales Representative

The Role

In this role, you will take on a key responsibility  to retain, upsell, and/or cross-sell Beer52 products to subscribers , contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

• Answer inbound retention calls

• Maintain positive customer relationships, provide customer resolution/ education and negotiate using retention offers

• Retain customers in compliance with Beer52 guidelines and protocols

• Attend 1:1, meetings, huddles, & trainings

• Attend cross-trainings and upskilling

Location: Work from home – Please note that you will need to visit our BGC office to pick up your equipment.
